The Westphal Mansion is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $25 cancellation fee.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Rates/policies are subject to change.   A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole Inn bookings and for some holidays and special events.

*Check-in: after 3:00pm; please let the Innkeepers know about late arrivals after 6:00pm

*Check-out: 11:00 AM.

*The Inn is a "Smoke Free Property" in & outside (including porches) however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. No Smoking includes a ban on any open flames, such as candles in guest rooms, dimmer switches have been installed to create a romantic glow. This policy is for the safety of our guests and Historic home. 

Any  violation of this policy may result in a $200 cleaning and purifying fee.

*The Inn is  "Pet Free".  Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.

*Children ages 12 and up are welcome.(Inquire about other age children)

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

*Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
