The Westphal Mansion is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please read through our policies below.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole Inn bookings and for some holidays, and special events. Guests reserving 2 or more rooms, during the golfing season, require a 30-day notice as well.

Check-in: after 3:00pm; please let the Innkeepers know about late arrivals after 6:00pm
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
The Inn is a "Smoke-Free Property" in & outside (including porches) however a designated outdoor smoking area is available. No Smoking- includes a ban on any open flames, such as candles in guest rooms. Dimmer switches have been installed to create a romantic glow. This policy is for the safety of our guests and for the protection our Historic home.
Any violation of this policy may result in a $200 cleaning and purifying fee.
The Westphal Mansion Inn is "Pet Free". Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet at a kennel in the area.
Children ages 12 and up are welcome. Inquire about other age children.
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
