• The Westphal Mansion is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $25 cancellation fee.
  • In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early; please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
  • Check-In Time: 3:00 p.m.; Please inform the Innkeepers for late arrivals after 6:00pm.
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
  • Late check- out (after 11:00am & up to 1:00pm) is an extra $25.00 per hour charge
  • Room rates are based on double-occupancy and subject to state, local and county sales tax.
  • We accept cash, personal checks, Master, Visa or Discover credit cards
  • Rates/policies are subject to change. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on" whole Inn" bookings and for holidays and special events
  • Additional persons limited to Suite#8 & #3 at $25 per extra person per night
  • No minimum night stay required
  • "Smoke-Free Environment" (inside and on porches) * Please note - No Smoking on the property - which includes a ban on any open flames, such as candles in guest rooms.  This is for the safety of our guests and our historic Inn.   A violation of this policy may result in a $200 cleaning and purifying fee.
  • The Inn is "Pet Free"  We do have a wonderful Kennel 5 min. away to referr; inquire with Innkeepers.
  • Young children under age 12; find us uninteresting (inquire with Innkeepers)
  • GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
  • Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
